Refund Policy

Each payment unlocks one specific report for 7 days. Because the report is delivered instantly upon payment, refunds are generally not issued once the content has been accessed.

When we do refund

• You were charged but never received access due to a technical error on our side.
• You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not accessed the report.

How to request

Email refund@alertblink.com with your Paddle transaction ID. We respond within 1 business day.

EU consumers

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU you have a 14-day withdrawal right. By accessing the report immediately after payment you expressly consent to early delivery and acknowledge the withdrawal right is lost at that point.

For unresolved disputes you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
